Our Leadership
At Primera Iglesia Bautista, we believe that leadership is a calling from God to serve His people with humility, love, and integrity. Pastors and leaders are not called to exercise authority for personal gain, but to shepherd the flock of God, leading them faithfully according to His Word and being an example to the congregation.
Our desire is for every leader to reflect the character of Christ by serving with a willing heart, teaching the truth of Scripture, and walking alongside the church in its spiritual growth. We recognize that biblical leadership exists to build up the body of Christ, strengthen the faith of believers, and glorify God in all things.
"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth."

MEET OUR TEAM
Pastor Breiner Doria Herrera
Pastor Breiner Doria Herrera earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with a Pastoral Emphasis from Rio Grande Bible Seminary and a Master of Biblical Ministries from The Master's Seminary.
His greatest desire is to faithfully serve the Lord by preaching the gospel of God's grace, making disciples, and leading the church to grow in the knowledge of and obedience to the Word of God. He considers ministry to be a calling to glorify Christ and to lovingly serve His people.
"But I consider my life of no value to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God."

Hello, my name is Eric Maya. As a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista, I consider it a privilege to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who do not yet know Him. I also have the honor of teaching and preaching the Word of God, believing that it has the power to transform lives.
Our church is committed to sound doctrine and to living in obedience and submission to our Lord Jesus Christ.
